I got scammed ~1 mirror + level 96 char deleted

Yesterday i got scammed for like 1 mirror of gear. I made a post and sent a letter to support. Today i logged in and my lvl 96 char which i worked for many weeks was deleted from game... AND NOT BY ME! SOMEONE CLEANED OUT MY STASH AND GEAR AND THEN DELTED MY CHARACTER!!!!!! It took me 250hours to build that char.

I am very sorry for your situation, but due to the current overload of support emails, it may take about 1 to 2 weeks to get the first response. They will ignore all the details you mentioned in the email and will ask you again for your account name, including the 4-digit number, as well as the names of a few characters in your game. It’s that simple, and after that, your email will go back into the queue, which may take another 2 weeks or more for a second response from them. They always claim that the emails recipients get are from their real staff, not from their automated response system. If these emails are indeed from real staff, why would they ignore all the details provided by the sender and ask for the same things again? I am quite concerned, and this is also the case for many people here, from accounts being locked for no reason to accounts being hacked. If they get an email about a hacked account, they will lock it and ask you to contact them. Please note that it takes a very, very long time to receive an email from them.
