Chance to shock missing stats On lightning skills

I am playing on Xbox series x

I have noticed a bug on my ranger lightning skills where it does not state in the advanced info stats the chance to shock percentage. For example on lightning arrow skill It shows “on hit effects” including chance to maim, chance to blind, stun buildup but no chance to shock despite it being a lightning skill, it would be extremely beneficial to have the element type buildup on the same type of skill, shock buildup on lightning skills, ignite chance on fire skills etc etc. please investigate and rectify as I assume this is a bug and not a design choice.
