My twitch drops are on the wrong account

Post it here just to be safe. As per explained here already...
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3679898 Do to me having played PoE1 years prior to the EA of the current PoE2, the coins I recieved for buying the EA pack of PoE2 and my twitch-drops were put on different account and I would like this issue resolved, by having everything on CuxExilant#0462 instead. Do I need to contact the support somewhere else or is it enough here in this forum? Cause nothing happened so far but I guess the original threat in the feedback forum was kinda misplaced.
