The gold coins are not on the same account as my game progress

Good day I bought the game. Started playing.
Raised the character to level 70 and passed 2 levels of plot difficulty And only then did I see that I have two accounts in the game. Reventón#8725 which I have my character on and Reventón#6569 which I got 300 gold coins for pre-ordering And so it turned out that I play on an account without pre-order bonuses. Please also include the transaction ID of the purchase in question. This is usually sent to you by the payment processor you used alongside your receipt of payment.
