The gold coins are not on the same account as my game progress

Good day I bought the game. Started playing.


Raised the character to level 70 and passed 2 levels of plot difficulty




And only then did I see that I have two accounts in the game. Reventón#8725 which I have my character on and Reventón#6569 which I got 300 gold coins for pre-ordering



And so it turned out that I play on an account without pre-order bonuses. Is it possible to transfer currency to a second account or transfer a character?

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

Please also include the transaction ID of the purchase in question. This is usually sent to you by the payment processor you used alongside your receipt of payment. You would also want to include your Path of Exile account name including four-digit discriminator and the names of a couple of your characters.

had the same problem... contacted the support.
got the same answer i replied to all demands and then... nothing.


Same type of issue, My points were put into POE1.
I have 1520 coins in POE1, as well as 900 worth in cosmetics.
I brought this to GGG's attention on December 12th, 2024.
Since then, I have written an Email to GGG, every Friday, since, no response.
I know, its new, and they are having issues with short staff.

My point is that GGG should have been staffed up before Early access began.
I wish they would at least provide some problem solving.
Reading other posts with my same issue.

Please start solving issues, and answering Emails.

Same for me as well. Emailed support 3 times with full breakdown of the email and account names. My 300 coins went to the wrong account, just move them over. 2 weeks of asking for updates I get an email to provide proof/screenshots. 2 weeks later no replies, no coins....mind-blowing how terrible support has been.
