Unfair PC players advantage - lootfilter

GGG can you implement hotfix to add simple loot filter?
Endgame is unplayable on consoles without it.

I understand that adding full support for custom community filters is a complex process, but you can implement simple bandaid:

You can change font size to bigger and add border (as same as for Waypoints) for:
Divine orbs
Exalted orbs
Chaos orbs
Tablets!
breach/deliium fragments
etc

Its simple change, but it will enable endgame for console players.
