Request support regarding chat being blocked

Dear GM,
This is the second time I was banned. I want to know why I was banned. I also helped to pass the 4th ascendancy, but I was banned not long after I sent it (during the period, I didn't keep refreshing the screen and sent it once every 3-5 minutes). Is this not allowed?
