My friend enter a key to early access and can't log in

Hi, My friend entered a key in steam to the early access and he can't log into the game there is probebly a sync problem in his account.

It sounds like your friend redeemed a Steam Client Key, which only unlocks the Path of Exile 2 client on Steam and does not grant access to the Path of Exile 2 early access. Your friend would need a PC access key, either by being given one from someone who has an extra Access Key, or by purchasing one of the PC Early Access Packs.

Thank you for the quick reply we will check with the friend who gave him the key (he said it was given to him for playing so much in poe1 so maybe he gave him a wrong code).
