Can't start act 2, stuck on last quest of act 1

The last quest of act 1 says "Travel east", I tried to speak to "The hooded one", he won't do anything. I actually can go to act 2, but i have no quests to do at all there. I tried to relog and everything, still the same... it's frustrating

If you can access Act 2 then you don't need to do anything more in Act 1 to progress. You'll want to continue to Act 2 and proceed from there.

But is it normal I have no quests at all in act 2? I don't know what to do. I still have active the quest that says travel east.

" I think you get a quest after talking to Zarka, but that'd be it. The first thing you do in Act 2 is find and kill Rathbreaker so the Caravan can travel again. |

Ok i figured out, there was no quest in act 2 but i had to "travel east" there. I thought "travel east" meant just arriving to act 2. Now a quest appeared thanks

Yes I killed Rathbreaker (which was bugged too btw, I had to let myself die to be able to unbug him, he was just standing there).
Then it was confusing because i had no quest at all in act 2, but i gained a quest when i actually walked back to the waypoint of outskirts and went to the caravan |
