PC remotely accessed (hack), PoE2 guild deleted

Hi. I've found today that my PoE2 guild has been deleted and after investigating, apparently it's because some trainer I used for a single player game came with a surprise included and Windows Defender missed it completely.
It looks like my account wasn't actually compromised, the hacker just remotely connected to my PC while I was away and logged into the game. It's my old gaming PC (just bought a new one) so it had barely any software installed after formatting, PoE2 was the only game. I guess the hacker plays the game too... they even stole all my currency, but since I haven't finished Act1 Cruel yet, there wasn't much to steal. So the question is: can the guild and stash tabs be restored? I'm not very worried about the currency or items, we're very early in the game, but I paid for the stash tabs for the guild and it sucks to have to purchase them again. As I'm writing this I just noticed they've also spent all the points I acquired when purchasing the 100€ EA pack, so... yeah. All my accounts have MFA and I've change the passwords, kicked all devices (there was an unknown device from HK) and reviewed the security, and I'm pretty sure they never accessed the account, just the PC remotely, around yesterday Is there any chance for recovery or have I just lost everything? The guild name was "Pirómanos Españoles No Experimentados", I've just created a new one with the same name to see if it was used so it may appear duplicated. Last bumped on Jan 9, 2025, 3:30:28 AM

Oh and for clarification: I can access my account just fine, I haven't lost access to it.
