Upgraded $30 supporter pack to $60 supporter pack -- no addt'l key?

I purchased a $30 supporter pack back in December in order to play Early Access (loving the game btw). I wanted to gift a key to my BIL and decided to UPGRADE to the $60 Ogham Pack as it includes a "Path of Exile 2 Early Access or Path of Exile 2 Key" but I don't see a key in the "Early Access" area of My Account nor have I received an email with a key.
Is an additional key not given when you UPGRADE a pack? I already had access, was just looking to gift a key and pick up some hats in the process. Any insight would be great, thanks! Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 1:38:28 PM

When you upgrade from one pack to another, you only receive the difference in pack contents. As you already received early access from your original Early Access Supporter Pack, upgrading to the Lord of Ogham Pack would not grant an additional key. You'll either need to upgrade to the Thaumaturge of the Vaal Pack (which includes two keys, so you'd gain an additional one during the upgrade) or purchase an additional Early Access Supporter Pack which as a separate purchase would include the full 300 points and an access key.
