No answer from support for email sent on Nov 25th 2024

Hello,
I've sent an email to support on Nov 25th, got an automatic reply on Nov 29th and nothing since that day. I know there are a lit of emails coming in but my friend sent an email mid-December and it's already resolved (similar issue).
