In the event that you charge back a purchase you've made, this is a major problem for digital sales as we may incur fees or loss of status due to chargebacks so we have no recourse but to ban people who steal from us in this way. You would need to cancel the chargeback or contact us in order to repay the charged back amount if you would like us to consider restoring access to your account. Details on how to do this will be provided after we look into things with you via email.
