Beastial Skin Using Base Evasion Stat

Beastial Skin seems to only use the body armor's base evasion stat. It completely ignores the % increased evasion rating modifier. I'm not sure if it's intentional or a bug, but the wording of the skill should reflect it only using the base stat if it isn't a bug.
