Moscow servers lagging and eventually disconnecting

Hey guys, Congrats on the phenomenal early access launch! Game is truly amazing!

However there are some issues, so I'm playing on Moscow servers since they're the nearest to my location which is in Kazakhstan, Almaty city.
I've this issue since the day early access launched, some maps during the campaign and endgame are very "laggy/stuttery". Sometimes it all ending with disconnecting me from the map altogether, of course with losing my progress, waystones, loot getting XP penalty and so on.

IP addresses that I have been able to track when that issue happened several times is 162.62.231.250 on tcp port 21360 which is in FRANKFURT Germany for some reason(game client still showed that realm is in Moscow), but not Moscow if "Who is" web sites are not lying. At least this pool of IPs 162.62.231.0/24 seems to belong to Autonomous System of German ISP. I've had same issues on IPs of Moscow servers too, but I didn't write them down unfortunately.
I'm having good time when I'm usually connected to this pool of IPs 91.206.197.0/24 at least 2 of them 91.206.197.51 and 91.206.197.164 which is in Moscow.

Hope this info will be helpful to pinpoint the root cause.
