Missing Boss Kill Passives

I completed t15, t16, t17, and t18 boss kills but my t17 boss kill did not drop a book to give me passive points. I tried re-completing them all and still no other drops so I'm currently missing 2 Boss Kill passive points. First t17 boss kill was the forge boss if that matters.

I also checked all my stash tabs in case I stored it somewhere and no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
