Support Doesnt Answer My Big Problem For Days

I have been playing Poe since 2016. My account, which was fine before Poe 2 was released for early access, was either hacked or frozen after early access. All my stash tabs and 3,4 90+ characters disappeared. There are only 2 low level characters. Also, when I tried to enter the game with one of that characters, I received a warning to change the character's name. As you can guess, none of the stash tabs are there when I enter the game.

It has been 6 days since the first day I sent the e-mail and there is still no response. The e-mail contains all the details; steam id, steam name, steam e-mail, supporter packs and purchase history. Also, my steam poe history includes my total hours played and achievement history.

I would be very happy if you could help me with my problem as soon as possible. Because I don't want the money and effort I spent to go to waste. Also, I want to buy Poe 2 early access as soon as possible and start playing immediately after my problem is solved.
