unlink account is possible?

Hello everybody
It happened 8 days ago when I bought the game on Steam with another email. When I went to link my poe 1 account to poe 2, my poe 1 account was linked to another unknown person's steam, I looked for a request email to approve this link and found nothing. I've been waiting for 8 days for support to give me a response and nothing. What do I do? Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 7:21:54 PM
