it won't let me log in to the game anymore

hi, I played until a few hours ago but now it won't let me log in to poe2, when I try to log in it tells me that I don't have access to the early access of the game but I've been playing since December and I played 30 minutes ago, help please

If you purchased a supporter pack for Path of Exile 2's early access, please also include the transaction ID of that purchase.
