Question regarding support
Has anyone had luck getting refunds? I sent in a support request on December 8th. I finally got a response requesting more information on December 18th. I sent that info in the next day, and now it's January 8th and I still haven't gotten a response.
I understand there is a large volume of requests, but this is ridiculous. At this point, it might be best to get a refund for my support pack and repurchase it. The other issues are going to have to wait. Do I have to contact support for a refund? Or is there another way to do this? If I have to contact support, I am likely out of luck until they respond. If you don't already know, establish how long you might have to contest charges through your bank or credit card. I would say the average wait time is 'Indefinite' at absolute best right now; as in, don't expect a response sooner than 45 days from when you sent it.
