Account Hacked - 0 support from GGG

It has been over 3 weeks since my account was hacked through a google password breach. They changed my email on my account and I have no way to kick the hacker off of my account. They stole all of my valuable items in POE1 including a headhunter, they have stole all of my currency in POE2.

I have contacted GGG support 3 times now, and have not been replied to once. I understand that the holidays overlapped with this - but the lack of support from this company is just sad.

I have supported GGG actively over the years online, and through supporter packs (over >$1,000). To not get a response from a single person looking into my case for multiple weeks is incredibly disappointing - and has completely changed my view of the company.

Why is there no way to reset an email, or why did I not get an email in the first place when my account information was changed is beyond me. No 2FA, no account security.

Oh I know I'm not the only one... doesn't make it less sad to see that there is 1,000s of us waiting for a support team... seems like they only have Jacob and one other on the support team monitoring the forums.

They treat their customer support, like blizzard treats their games - 0 care.
They literally posted that they are short on support staff and hiring more ..

2023 at xmas i had my email blocked thanks to an old data leak, was overseas and couldnt get the email to verify my acc, however they had old data so my account was safe and it took roughly 14 days to have my email changed to a new one.

They have like %10000 more tickets this year and you will have to first have your account locked before proving you own it, good luck, try some patience.
