Bought guild points and stash tab, moved items in, everything gone

Hi all,
Today (1/8/25) I bought $20 worth of points and successfully donated them to my guild (that my character runs). I bought 140 worth of a stash tab successfully and moved a ton of items into it. Later on, I went and checked and both the tab and my items are gone, there's no tab at all and I don't have any remaining points in my microtransactions shop. Help!!
