Rattling Sceptre

Mine has a mod "30% reduced attribute requirements" and I can equip it, but my strength is barely enough to do so. Sounds good so far right? well NO the skeletal warrior that the sceptre provides is grayed out and i CANNOT add any gems to the links either. So it does NOT see the 30% reduced attribute requirement mod on said sceptre. And I truly hope this is NOT the way you guys intended for this to work. And I just found out it crashes my game if I mess around with gems trying to link them to it.

Same thing happened to me.
I have -20% attribute on lvl 72 rattling and it should only require 40 str to wield but the skeletal warrior tooltip says it requires 50 str to summon. My game also will not let me socket gems into the staff's warrior skeletons and crashes. I don't have any problems when I have the required 50 str. |
