Is it me or support is ghosting?
I emailed to GGG Support about refunding one of my MTX purchase on 25th December, they replied to me within a day noting that they're able to help with this after I verify my account name and character names. Sent them what they requested but after that, they just went silent up till this day. No updates, no write backs. It has been 2 weeks. Does this happen alot with GGG Support?
