My main account has been locked for 20 days for absolute nothing, I cant even play the poe1. Tried to contact the support instantly after the account got locked but never got a reply back since then, I know that they are getting many mails but 2 to 3 weeks to not even get a robot email back is insane. I just wanna play the game again.
