Guid leadership

I am the leader of a guild MDSM in the game i am but when i log onto here it says im not apart of any guild. Even tho it says i have guild points i can claim at the transaction menu. I want to buy a stash for my guild. Someone please help I know im on the right account as ive relogged in more than once.

Guild points must be accepted by the guild leader on the website in order to be applied to your guild's balance. The page for Path of Exile 2 guild leaders to accept points is here.
