Support not helping and ignoring emails
Hi everyone
I don't know if it's just me but I have been sending emails for the past 5 days with absolutely 0 response or anything regarding my situation, now I would understand if it's at least a message saying that they will look into it, but absolutely 0 response is just heartbreaking for a game I actually very much love and would like to continue playing, I'm not sure if anyone else has this communication issue, but if you do please let me know and also of you don't feel free to reply here as well. Additionally if anyone has any advise on what to do when your game isn't working because you it says you don't have a key on the website, yet my Steam shows the key as redeemed and activated, please let me know because I've been struggling and having absolutely 0 help with the struggle Last bumped on Jan 9, 2025, 7:28:16 AM

Nice to see they finaly starting to response to ppl, but i dont get the priority System.
You getting a response after just 5 Days and some of us waiting like over 20 Days ... And Support always say dont write additional emails, but how im supposed to know that my email got even recived when other ppl getting response much faster them my self? |

We dont know he could of got a reply and they asked for more info and now its back to the end of queue and the real wait begins... im at 48 days waiting for support

I sent an email 2 weeks ago and still no response. Seems slowly and surely poe1 is getting abbandoned.
We deserve what we tolerate!
