Can't Access Trials of Sekhemas

I admittedly forgot to pickup the quest barya from Balbala on my alt. By the time I remembered, the zone had reset. Tried to re-kill but doesn't drop a new barya. Quest state is stuck in search traitor's passage. There is no icon to travel to trials. Also, can't teleport to someone at the trials of sekhemas, as it states wrong quest state.
