PC freezes

Hi, I'm tired!!! My PC freezes all the time on any loading screen. Especially when entering a map, the only solution I have is not to use Multithreading and frankly it's very annoying. Also after having to press the PC reset something always happens, I have to reinstall apps like discord or I have to repair the POE.
