PoE 2 - Trial of sekhema Bug

Went to my first trial of sekhema yesterday. First I couldn't get out of the caravan for quite a while. After closing and reloading the game a couple of times, this finally worked somewhen.
I proceeded to start the trial. After I finished it and went into the trophy room, the connection was lost and I got thrown out of the game.
When I logged back in, I stood in front of the caravan outside of the trial location. I tried to get back in, but all the doors were closed, and the item to start the trial was also lost.
Lucky me that I had two of those items. But I'm afraid of the second attempt, because I really want to get my ascendancy.
Same thing happened to a fried one day before. We are both playing on PS 5 (Pro). Love the game so far, but that honestly hurted a lot
