Scam in services

Hey GGG
I was scammed by user like week ago - he took my funds and didnt make a service. I reported him via in game report form and now see how he 'sell' services and probably continue scamming people. I have a video recording of all our conversation. He also banned at TFT discord.

Can you help me somehow? Never played poe before but always thought that scamming will cause restrictions
