ACTIVE Blocking doesn't count as being hit, like in PoE1.

I don't gain "rage when hit by an enemy" when I ACTIVE block.


Is this just a new design? I'm struggling to grasp the logic.
If being hit on your shield doesn't count as you being hit, then why does your other equipment (say body armor) count as you?
