I really need the help for microtransaction shop

I've already sent two emails to your support email address about the problem that I can not spend my points to but items in the microtransaction web shop,but there's no reply for about 3 days.
I still keep over 2k points in my account,if this problem staying for a long time,it is really not a good situation that I would like to see
