Act 2 Normal Balbala Quest Item

Hi everyone, I was leveling a witch (Blood Mage) and while in act 2 normal after defeating Balbala, I didn't picked up the quest item because I wanted to complete the trial at a higher level (also the life cost of the skills at that lvl was hard to sustain). At around lvl 50, went back to act 2 normal to complete my 1st trial, but I cannot access the trial using the Desert Map. I thought that I need to kill again Balabala and get the quest item, but it doesn't drop anymore. At this point I've completed my 1st trial in act 3 normal Trial of Chaos, and still cannot access Trial of Sekhemas. Can someone tell if there any solution to complete this quest and unlock the trial in act 2 normal?
