[QUEST BUG] Several Quests bugged after accidentaly dropping the quest item.

Hey everyone,

I ran into a major problem, and I’m hoping someone here can help or point me in the right direction.

While playing, I dropped a few quest items to make space for some rare loot. After I went back to camp to stash the loot and returned to the map, the quest items were gone. Now I’m stuck and can’t progress in some quests.

The specific quests I’m stuck on are:

Ancient Vows
Cruel Act 2: Walk to the East
Several other.

From what I’ve read online, missing quest items might stop me from completing maps, which could lock me out of the endgame. I’ve tried every method I could find (forums, guides, etc.), but nothing has worked.

I understand this isn’t a huge priority compared to other bugs, but I’ve seen several players on the forums mention similar issues. A quest reset or a way to retrieve dropped quest items would be super helpful for situations like this.


Additional Notes:
I’ve tried every method I could find online to resolve this, including revisiting the map, resetting the area, and checking forums for similar issues, but nothing has worked. I’m worried this has “bricked” my character.

It would be great to have a system in place (like a quest reset or recovery option) for when players accidentally drop important items. I’ve seen others on the forums with similar issues, so this might be affecting multiple players.
