stun threshold not working

stun threshold nodes on the tree are not working.

i took 2 of the max es as stun threshold + the 30% of es as base threshold.

yet every single white mob in the game can easily permastun me through my 5500k es dealing roughly 10% of my hp per hit.

btw most whitemobs are 10x scarier than any rare mob i have yet to encounter.
