Sorcery Ward recovery time is bugged

If you watch Sorcery ward time to recover it stutters up and down all of the the time causing it to actually take way longer before it recovers than it should. This is not caused by taking damage as this also happens in your hideout. If you change gear or increase/reduce armour or evasion you can easily see it happening.
