Early Access gone?

Hi Support Team,

I am encountering an issue with my Path of Exile account regarding Early Access.

I redeemed the Path of Exile 2 Early Access key via the Path of Exile website while being logged in with my Steam account. Initially, I played the game through Steam without any problems. Some time later I linked my Steam account to my already existing Path of Exile account.

Now however, when I now try to launch the game, it indicates that I don’t have Early Access. Additionally, the status page confirms that Early Access is not active on my account, preventing me from playing the game.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

I'm having this same problem. It's been more than two days

Same bs here, ive played the game yesterday, today my early access is just gone, how is this even possible

I already did that on the 6th of January. So it's been over a week, but I haven't received a response yet.

My E-Mail from 11th January got answered on 13th. Another Dudes request from December was still open then too. Wondering if they arent sorting by date.

But unfortunately, I needed to answer that reply before they can help me, so it's waiting time again. Hopefully I can finally play next weekend.
