Audience with the king boss map crash

Hello,
Audience with the king map crashed for 4 of us as we were doing the boss.
We entered the 2nd phase where he teleports us to the mist and we have to find the exit.
As soon as he teleported us all 4 of us got dissconnected, map dissapeared with the boss, and the portals to the boss aswell.
We would like the "Audience with the king" refunded or get the portals back, or at least fix this so it doesn't happen anymore.
