Corpsewade (Decompose) bugged as of the 0.1.0f Hotfix 3

Before this hotfix, Decompose would trigger on step as per the item description.
As of now, the only way to trigger it - both on my own minions via Sacrifice AND on actual enemy corpses - is to spam "Command minions" hotkey while walking.
