Got fully stuck in Trials of Chaos using Leap Slam

There are spots in the Trial of Chaos where you can use Leap Slam to jump both down and up, and others where you can only jump down, allowing you to get stuck in an area with no lever and bricking your run.

Additionally, getting pushed by a monster while in the animation to place the soul core during the trial causes the soul core to not be inserted and to instead return to its original starting position on the ground.
