Constant crashes, server issues, visual bugs

(Posted this on PoE1 bug reports by mistake, feel free to delete, because I don't know how to do it.)

Ever since the new small patch I'm experiencing crashing more frequently than before. Before this the game only crashed sometimes when I was at the start of Act 2 and after the first hyenas it just crashed...but now it crashes every 1-2 hours anywhere and on top of that I experience heavy stuttering and rubberbanding, but this is new, there was no stuttering before. (also visual bugs are everywhere and it's bad)

And the cherry on the cake is when I was about to choose my ascendancy the server kicked me out and when I got back I had to start over the whole trial that I already completed...with a slow moving and attacking warrior. That was not fun at all.
