loosing items when game crash

I was doing currency exchange with a couple of chance orbs ive gatherd and game do these random crashes the orbs i oput of for change disapeard, (never completed the exhange) so i lost my orbs now. is ther a fix for this that like 2 weeks of farmin that went down the drain
