Stuck inside soldiers during Viper Napuatzi fight

During the boss fight, I inadvertently dodge rolled into the wall of soldiers during the phase where the soldiers shoot poison. When they all shot their poison and moved forward, I ended up in between two soldiers in such a way that they couldn't detect me, to push me out with their spears. The boss AI loses me, and she walked away, leaving me stranded.

I went to the character select screen, restarted my game and logged in with a different character to attempt to get unstuck. None of these resolved the issue. I am unable to teleport during a boss fight, so as of now, my character is unplayable.
