Same issue here. I bought the 100$ founders pack thru Sony PS5 store on 1/8/25 and got charged for it without getting a single thing coins included. I have emailed support with 1 response since. If this goes any longer, I will have to dispute this thru Sony or my bank.

Go to the microtransaction tab and go over to points and it should update. You might have to restart can’t remember.
