ACT 3 BUG mission that cannot be completed

missão que não pode ser finalizada no path of exile 2 ACT 3 (cruel)

inicei a secundaria Vingança Tribal apos terminar o ato 3 cruel, e não consigo entregar o item ao npc pois o portal esta desativado e o item fica ocupando espaço no inventario e não pode ser excluido alguem pode me ajudar ? imagens abaixo
