Mouse Skill Input Lockup

I've been encountering this issue since day 1 of playing POE2 and it continues to get me killed constantly. Other players have reported this issue, usually without being able to describe it properly or having it get dismissed as a "stun".

If anyone is having a similar issue that can be replicated please post it here along with the specific ability, weapon type, and character you were using.

Issue:

Player can still move around using normal mouse movement but cannot use any abilities that are bound to Left-Click or Right-Click for the next 3-5 seconds. Player is not stunned or impacted by any debuff. After 3-5 seconds, control over the left-click and right-click abilities will be returned.

Frequency: Intermittent. Once per map to once every 10 maps.

Replication Notes:

Character: Monk
Ability 1: Ice Strike bound to Right-Click.
Ability 2: Quarterstaff Strike bound to Left-Click.
Attacks Per Second: 4.17
Active Buffs: Grim Feast, Wind Dancer, Ghost Shroud, Herald of Ice.


Skills Menu -> Ice Strike -> "Always Attack Without Moving" [Unchecked]

Game Paused -> Options -> Interface -> "Attack In Place Key Stops Move" [Unchecked]

Note: Frequently appears after rolling (spacebar) and then using Ice Strike on an enemy. Could be related to holding spacebar while using Ice Strike. Ice Strike is an ability that also has a built-in "gap closer" that will cause your player to jump/lockon to a close enemy. These movement based strike skills may also be an instigator of the issue.
