POE2 - Game crash while loading with error "An unexpected disconnection occurred"

Dear Support Teams,

I got into this issue that I cannot connect into game after selecting character.

The game is crashed (to login screen) while loading with error "An unexpected disconnection occurred".


Please help to support. I just purchased the support pact in this morning and this bug happen after playing about 2 hours... It's not a good experience :(

Same here. I've tried a dozen times and all failed.
Please let me know if this problem has been solved.

Fortunately, my issue was solve after I raised it about 30 mins. I kept trying to re-login after every 5 mins.
