Unexpected Interaction between Ancestral Bond and Matsya Unique Quarterstaff

Expected:
Ancestral Bond makes totems Reserve 100 Spirit each.
Matsya Quarterstaff makes Totems now Reserve 50 Spirit each.

Actual:
Totems still Reserve 100 spirit each.



This may not be a bug but did not work as I would have expected so I felt a report should be made.
