Call of the Brotherhood Not Converting to Cold Damage PP + AM | AM do not implicit on Flameblast
I'm working on a Frost-Fire stormwater build, using the Archmage buff skill combined with Pure Power passive. My idea involves using the Call of the Brotherhood ring to convert additional Lightning Damage to Cold Damage.
However, it appears that the ring is not converting the Lightning Damage granted by Pure Power and Archmage into Cold Damage as expected. New observation: Flameblast has no lightning damage applied (even if the ring is not equipped).* Build Details: Archmage + Pure Power Item in Question: Call of the Brotherhood ring Expected Behavior: The ring should convert Lightning Damage provided by Pure Power, and the Archmage into Cold Damage. Observed Behavior: The conversion occurs partially, leaving additional Lightning Damage from the Archmage untouched. Reproducible: Yes, the issue occurs consistently. Question: Is this interaction working as intended, or is this a bug? If it’s intended, could you clarify why Archmage's additional Lightning Damage is excluded from conversion by the Call of the Brotherhood ring? Steps to Reproduce: Equip the Archmage skill and Pure Power passive. Equip the Call of the Brotherhood ring. Observe the damage types in combat and toggle the Archmage skill on and off to verify the conversion behavior. Observe the Flameblast spell if any bonus damage is applied with archamge.* [13.01.2025] Edit: *Flameblast skills seem to be unaffected by Archmage, no lightning damage is applied to this spell.
