Broken Cosmetic

I am new to POE2, and never played POE1. Apparently the store lets you waste points on cosmetics that are invalid for POE2 without any kind of warning ahead of time. I am assuming I will get my points refunded so I can purchase valid/usable cosmetics. Ideally the team could make an update to the store to prevent this from happening.

I have just sent the following e-mail to customer support:

Hello,

I love Path of Exile 2, and have already spent $196 on supporter packs. I was excited about one of the skins I purchased, but it's not usable. There was no warning message prior to purchase, so I had no way of knowing.

Here is the name of the broken/invalid cosmetic:
THUNDERSTRUCK BODY ARMOR

The error message I receive on my Xbox is:
THIS MICROTRANSACTION IS NOT SUPPORTED IN THIS GAME VERSION

So I checked and I'm at the latest game version. Could you please refund my points so I can purchase a different cosmetic that is valid?
